Breakfast smoothie
Banana, frozen berries and yogurt
Boost your energy levels with this breakfast smoothie from Green Cooks.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 cup fruit juice or low-fat milk (such as soy or almond)
- 1 ripe banana
- Handful of frozen berries
- Dollop of natural yoghurt
- Pinch of cinnamon
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Voila!
