Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed leaves (spinach, rocket and kale)
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 1 cm knob ginger
- ¼ avocado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 ice cubes
- ½–1 cup coconut water
Method
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend till smooth.
Pour into your glass and you’re done.
