Green smoothie with banana, kale, spirulina & chia seeds

Utilise nature’s medicinal foods wherever possible to ensure a happy, healthy body.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 banana
- Small handful of berries of your choice
- 3 stalks of kale (stalks cut away)
- 1-2 cups of almond milk
- 1 tsp spirulina/chlorella/barley grass mix
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt
Method
Blend ingredients together until smooth in consistency and serve in a chilled glass.
