Pineapple smoothie recipe

Kick-start your day with this healthy, homemade smoothie from Summah O'Donnell.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pineapple diced
  • 2 cm knob of ginger, finely diced
  • 1 cm knob of turmeric, finely diced
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 2 cups of coconut water
  • 1 tbsp slippery elm powder
  • Cinnamon and cumin to taste
  • Raw honey to taste

 

Blend until well combined and serve over ice cubes.
