Held in the stunning Aria Bar and Lounge, this decadent high tea offers a contemporary and indulgent interpretation of afternoon tea including a delicious selection of modern sweets; sandwiches and classic scones accompanied by expertly prepared Wedgwood teas.

Experience a high tea session like no other, as you sip from tailor-made “Langham Rose” Wedgwood fine bone china and as you take a seat in the cozy lounge. Mouthwatering sweets include our favourite, the Gianduja chocolate mousse with coconut mist, a matcha and yuzu green tea sponge topped with yuzu cremeaux and chocolate cannoli filled with whipped blood orange
Mousse.

Designed to tantalize all tastebuds, the hotels new Executive Chef, Deepak Mishra has spent time crafting a menu using local ingredients from around the state as well as creating recipes that excite and delight.

This exclusive high tea seating won’t be around forever and is until 29 December 2017.

The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood is served on weekdays from 10.30am to 8pm with Wedgwood tea, Langham-blend tea and espresso coffee from $59.00 per person.

$73.00 per person includes free-flowing premium sparkling wine.

$83.00 per person includes a glass of Perrier Jouet Champagne.
