This guilt-free cocktail is perfect for parties and drinks with the girls.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- ½ watermelon, diced
- 2 Granny Smith apples chopped
- 1 tbs pickled ginger
- 3 tbs cucumber, finely diced
- 2 cups water
Method
Add ingredients to a blender and blend on high for one minute.
Strain into serving glasses and serve with diced cucumber.
