1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant and exclude from the competition if deemed appropriate. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

3. It is a condition of entry that only one entry form, per person will be accepted. This may include an additional entry, per person, on the submission of a product barcode.

4. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

6. Promotion commences Thursday 25th July, 2013 at 12.00PM AEST and closes Sunday 29th September, 2013 at 11.59PM AEST (the Promotion Period). The promotion is over a sixty-seven (67) day period.

7. The draw will be conducted at 12.00pm AEST on Tuesday 1st October, 2013 at Riviana Foods Pty Ltd of 8 Lakeview Drive, Scoresby, Victoria, Australia 3179.

8. The winner and runners-up will be notified by email by Thursday 3rd October, 2013 and announced on the Always Fresh Facebook page on Friday 4th October, 2013 between 9am-5pm AEST. The Major Prize winner will be published online at www.alwaysfreshgoodlife.com.au for a minimum period of twenty-eight (28) days commencing on the 04/10/13. Prizes must be claimed within 3 months. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. To enter, participants must visit www.alwaysfreshgoodlife.com.au, select the region (Italy, Greece, or Spain) of their choice, and submit an entry via the supplied entry form. If the entrant has purchased an Always Fresh product, the entrant will be granted an additional entry into the competition upon the submission of barcode number. Unrecognised or incomplete barcodes will be deemed invalid.

10. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.

11. There will be one (1) Major Prize Draw conducted for this promotion, with one (1) Major Prize winner.

12. Total major prize pool value is a maximum of AUD $32,348.00 RRP (dependent upon the cost of airfares achieved by the Promoter). Major prize consists of 2 x Return Business Class flights (including airfare taxes) to one of the specified Mediterranean cities of the winner’s choice (being either Rome in Italy, Athens in Greece or either Madrid or Barcelona in Spain) from their closest Australian capital city to the maximum value of AUD $18,000 RRP (dependent upon the cost of airfares achieved by the Promoter) and $12,000 toward accommodation and spending money. Additional prizes to the value of $2,348 are available dependent on conditions as noted in Clause 14. It will be the responsibility of the Promoter to book the return business class flights. While preferences to which airline is travelled with will try to be accommodated, the final decision is determined by the Promoter. Once flights have been arranged, any costs incurred by changing the flight booking are the responsibility of the winner. The spending money above is to include all internal transfers, meals, activities and all purchases etc associated with the trip.

13. The timeframe of the trip is at the discretion of the winner however must not be longer than 30days. Additional meals, additional taxes (excluding business class return flights airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport from departure point, all transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs are not included.

14. During the entry process via www.alwaysfreshgoodlife.com.au, entrants will have the ability to share the promotion through their personal Facebook page or Pinterest account. If the winner clicks on the designated Facebook ‘Send’ Button and shares the post to their wall they will receive an additional prize of a $1000 Westfield voucher. If the winner clicks on the designated Pinterest ‘Pin’ Button and shares the post on their personal Pinterest page, they will receive an additional prize of Samsonite luggage to the value of $1,348 RRP. Samsonite luggage to be provided by the Promoter. The winner will collect one or both prizes if the conditions as above are met.

15. Major prize must be accepted by 31/12/2013. Dates of travel must occur within 12 months of accepting the prize. Some travel dates may be excluded.

16. The Major Prize winner and travel companion must have valid travel insurance for their entire period of travel from a registered provider

17. The winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth). If the winner is from Tasmania, ACT or NT, connecting flights from these cities to the nearest flight departure capital city will be included in the prize package for the winner and travelling companion only.

18. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the element of the prize.

19. Air tickets may be requested on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos (while preferences to which airline is travelled with will try to be accommodated, the final decision will be determined by the Promoter). Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airline’s departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.

20. Riviana Foods Pty Ltd makes no representation as to the safety, conditions, or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices, and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

21. Advice to the Promoter for requested flight bookings must be made at a minimum of sixty (60) days in advance of the desired departure date. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable. The winner and their companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six (6) months validity on it prior to departure. Winners are responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. The winner and their companion must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.

22. Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of a prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher/ticket/pass, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher/ticket/pass. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher/ticket/pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.

23. There will be one hundred (100) Runners Up for this promotion.

24. The total runner-up prize pool is AUD $3,000 RRP. Each runner up will receive one (1) x Mediterranean cooking pack valued at AUD $30 RRP of Always Fresh products. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

25. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value and/or similar specification, subject to any written directions from a State and/or Territory regulatory authority.

26. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed Prize Draw at 12:00pm AEST on 07/01/2014 at Riviana Foods Pty Ltd at 8 Lakeview Drive, Scoresby, Victoria, Australia 3179 as is necessary to award any unclaimed prizes, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Without limiting the requirement for compliance with these Terms and Conditions, all valid entries received during the Promotional Period (other than those entries which have already been drawn as winners) will be eligible to win any unclaimed prize.

27. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw.

28. Major Prize winner of the unclaimed Prize Draw, if any, will be published online at www.alwaysfreshgoodlife.com.au for a minimum period of twenty-eight (28) days commencing on the 09/01/2014.

29. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

30. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) participation in a prize and/or use/taking of a prize.

31. As a condition of accepting a Major Prize, the winner (and their companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

32. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, defer, suspend or modify the competition, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments.

33. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.

34. Any costs associated with accessing the Always Fresh (AlwaysFreshAU) Facebook page or www.alwaysfreshgoodlife.com.au page is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

35. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

36. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

37. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

38. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

39. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.

40. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

41. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
