Entry is open to residents of Australia excluding SA and NT residents, and entrants must be 18 years old or over.
1. The promoter is Blitz Publications & Multi Media Group Pty Ltd ACN 33 083 149 286 of 1 Miles St, Mulgrave, Victoria 3170.
2. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury of suffering or sustained in connection with any of the prizes offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
3. All entries become the property of the promoter.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail, nor for any prizes damaged in transit.
5. To enter this competition, you must tell us in 25 words or less what your favourite childhood meal was and why?
6. The competition commences on the 7th May 2013 and the close date is 5pm on the 28st June, 2013.
7. All entries must be received by 5pm on the 28st June 2013 to be eligible to go into the draw.
8. The winner is based on a game of skill not chance.
9. The third entrant drawn will be the winner. The draw will take place on the 1th July 2013 at 11am, at the offices of Blitz Publications & Multi Media Group Pty Ltd, ACN 33 083 149 286 of 1 Miles St, Mulgrave, Victoria 3170.
10. The winner will be contacted by Blitz Publications & Multi Media Group Pty Ltd by phone and email.
11. Once the draw has taken place on the 1st July, 2013, no further correspondence will be entered into.
12. Total prize is valued at approximately $199.95.
13. This prize is non transferrable.
