Kale salad with avocados and walnuts

Ingredients (serves 4)
For the wilted kale:
- 2 bunches of kale
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 cup freshly shelled walnuts
- 2 avocados peeled and cut into wedges
For the dressing:
- 2 avocados, peeled
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 to 3 chillies finely chopped
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
Wash the kale and remove the stems and cut the kale into small pieces.
Place into a bowl, add salt and start to massage the kale until it wilts and takes on a cooked texture.
Add the tomatoes, avocados and walnuts to the bowl and mix in by hand.
Blend all remaining ingredients in a blender until creamy and mix into kale by hand.
