Summer chia kiwi pops
Keep cool this summer.
Cool off with these delicious easy to make kiwi pops!
Ingredients
- 270ml unsweetened tinned coconut milk
- 40g (¼ cup) chia seeds
- 2 tbsps agave nectar
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
Method
In a large bowl or mixing jug combine the coconut milk, chia seeds and agave nectar. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
Press the kiwifruit slices into popsicle moulds and pour in the coconut milk mixture. Freeze until set, about 4 hours.
