Made from the Italian grape vermentino, this McLaren Vale wine has a rapier-like bitter lemon tang, weighs in at just 11 per cent alcohol and is delightfully refreshing. And while it is light, it still packs plenty of flavour. Try it with barbecued swordfish. $22.
